The Herriman High School debate team is dedicated to teaching the art of diplomacy, public speaking, acting, writing, relationship development, advanced thinking and problem solving to any interested team members, and those who take the class.

We teach and prepare our members to compete in tournaments, and apply their skills to school and real life. By engaging in constructive discussions, and addressing societal issues as well as simply having fun, we prepare our members for further opportunities, and leadership in the community and world.
